Can this work on systems other than iAquaLink?
For our initial integration, no. Sorry. However, we are working on a Polaris one and that should be out this summer!
What if I do not have an iAquaLink or Other setup for my pool/spa?
Right now, this is needed to work. We sit on top of these systems and provide you the tools to run it as a rental, which they do not provide.
When will you support "X" platform?
We are testing this out to make sure that our initial product works and that will be with iAquaLink. After this, adding more integrations will become much easier
Why don't you support "X" feature of my pool/spa?
We may handle more in the future, but in all of the places we have stayed or asked about, most owners have problems with pool heating, spa heating and renters running them for hours on end, or simple AUX controls which are on/off. We are dealing with the basic Filter Pumps, Spa, Pool heat, Lights and a few other items for now. Keep it basic, make sure it works for the vast majority of owners and then expand from there!
When do you go live and I can use this for my own place?
Soon! We have been testing with multiple friends and are now opening this up to a few select others with Rentals and Pool/Spa combos. We want to make sure we work out any issues and then we open it to all!
